Pleasant Valley Development is a new branch of our Pleasant Valley family business. With Aleda and Kerry Feuerbach as mentors, we are bringing home the next generation of our family with daughters Missie and Katie. Their husbands, Dylan and Chris, are going to be the main contacts. Dylan has years of experience in home building in the Des Moines area, and Chris has years of experience as a Professional Engineer. Missie will be the Real Estate Agent for Pleasant Valley Development.
