Pleasant Valley Development

We are beginning the first stages of development!

We are starting with 7 single acre lots that will be on North side of the Boulevard as you drive to the Clubhouse. We have broken ground, and homes will be available for purchase in Spring of 2023. Homes will be custom built and of the highest quality.

We will also be developing the other side of the Boulevard, along with eventually moving to the “top of the hill” that will have a view of Number 5 Green, Number 6, Number 7 and Number 11.

Pleasant Valley Development is a new branch of our Pleasant Valley family business. With Aleda and Kerry Feuerbach as mentors, we are bringing home the next generation of our family with daughters Missie and Katie. Their husbands, Dylan and Chris, are going to be the main contacts. Dylan has years of experience in home building in the Des Moines area, and Chris has years of experience as a Professional Engineer. Missie will be the Real Estate Agent for Pleasant Valley Development.
