The Clubhouse

  • Our Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and provides a beautiful view of the golf course!
  • Banquet Seating:
    • 8’ rectangular tables seat up to 150.
    • Round tables available for smaller events seating up to 100.
    • Can use a mixture of round and rectangular tables for your event.
  • Room is available with or without PV’s Catering Services. Contact us for more information. For smaller events, call for pricing.
  • Setup and Cleanup fee:
    • Casual-$250.00
    • Formal-$350.00
  • Casual Room Rental:  $300 per hour with PV Catering. $400 per hour with outside Catering.
  • Formal Room Rental: $400 per hour with PV Catering. $500 per hour with outside Catering.
  • Room Rental is waived for meals provided through PVGC and attached with Golf Outings.
  • Table Linen and Skirting priced per event.

      Terms and Conditions

      • A non-refundable $300.00 deposit and signed contract is required when booking your event. This will go towards the total bill.
      • A guarantee of guests is due 10 days in advance of the event. Extra guests will be an additional charge.
      • Our best estimate of the balance due must be paid a minimum of 2 days prior to event date. Any additional charges may be taken care of on the day of the event.
      • Grand Room is available for decorating prior to the event. Arrangements must be finalized 10 days in advance.
      • Use of confetti not permitted.
      • No open flames.
      • All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through PVGC.
      • Any tab will have 20% Gratuity added before payment.
      • No Food and Beverage prepared by PVGC may be removed from the premises.
      • 2 hours of Event Planning is included in the Room Rental. Additional fees may be incurred.
      All Food and Beverage prices are subject to change (PVGC will guarantee prices 10 days before your event).
      • All entertainment and special requests must be approved no less than 10 days prior to the event.
      • Set up for entertainment must be completed ½ hour before guests arrive.
      • All personal décor or rented items brought into PVGC must be picked up and removed from Grand Room by 12/Noon the following day.
      • If event runs longer than discussed end time, Guest will be charged a minimum of an additional hour in Room Rental charge.
